While this lamp is designed to be permanently mounted to your cutting board or countertop, it also features a flexible arm that allows you to perfectly position the warming light over your food, ensuring it stays warm and ready to serve. Two 250W Teflon® coated infrared heat bulbs are included for maximum convenience and safety. In the event that one of your bulbs break, the Teflon® keeps the shards contained, preventing the shattered glass from spreading everywhere and becoming a safety hazard.
