The key aspect of the Premium Line is the same as in the Classic Line: the integrated cooling. This will provide the very high quality, stability and overrun of the whipped cream. The consistency can be adjusted to your needs - from fluffy to compact - according to your needs by the 2 different motor speeds.

The Premium Line distinguishes itself from the Classic Line by being optimized for the highest load. The housing is completely made of stainless steel and can for this be deployed in an industrial environment without any problem. Fittingly, seals and wheels are designed stronger than the ones in the Classic Line.


With the Hagesana cream machine you save cream. Up to 300 gr. per cake. The freezing system installed in the machine guarantees the high quality of the foam even at high temperatures. Due to the binding properties of cold cream molecules, this cold blasting technology achieves the highest possible yield and volume of cream 

compared to Classic line machines. The outer shell of the Premium range is also made of stainless steel and therefore more resistant to use in industrial production.

In addition, cleaning the machine is very easy. The machine is already designed so that as little of the parts as possible are in contact with the cream. The parts can be easily cleaned, for example in a dishwasher.
