The Groen DEE/4-20 electric 20 gallon tilting kettle is a floor
mounted self-contained stainless 2/3 steam jacketed kettle. Groen's
floor kettles have the power for rapid browning of ingredients and
reduction of bases, have the speed to come to a boil faster than
traditional stove top cooking, and the sensitivity to provide gentle,
uniform heating making it ideal for heat sensitive product. The Groen
DEE/4-20 is also ideally suited for reheating, finishing, holding and
serving hot straight from the kettle. The counter-balanced tilt and
easy pour lip make it effortless to empty product from the kettle.
