The salamander gas mobile ceiling is intended for professionals of fast food (snacks, sandwich shops, etc ...) . With its double infrared burners , this allows it to defrost, brown, glaze, gratinate and toast toasts, gratins, pizzas, onion soup .... The  professional gas salamander with infrared double burners can be adjusted effortlessly of the desired cooking, thanks to its mobile ceiling. In addition it has 2 independent heating zones, which can be adjusted to half or full power. The bottom plate is removable with the grid and finally to finish, a stainless steel construction .
