This range of large- capacity rotisseries (20 chickens) has been designed with quick and easy use in mind:
• For cooking: new easy-to-use spits without forks or spacers for direct skewering of poultry parts.Adjustment individual for each heating zone for perfect autonomy depending on the quantity of poultry to be roasted.
• For maintenance: the suspended rear panel ( electric model ) can be removed manually, facilitating cleaning and any technical intervention.
• Equipment: halogen lighting in the upper part (300W), safety glass doors , juice tray. Ventilated motors. Gas
model equipped with 5 infrared ceramic ramp burners with safety thermocouple, an on/off switch for each motor, a min/max setting button per ramp. Supplied in butane propane with GN injector pouch. Option: mobile support table with TS1 brake system
