This range of high capacity Rottiserie (20 chickens) has been designed for simple and quick use:
• For cooking: new easy-to-use spits without forks or spacers for direct skewing of poultry parts.
Individual adjustment of each heating zone for a perfect autonomy depending on the quantity of poultry to be roasted.
• For maintenance: the suspended rear wall (electric model) is manually removed to facilitate cleaning and any technical intervention.
• Equipment: halogen lighting in the upper part (300W), safety glass doors, dish picks up juice. Ventilated motors.
Electric model equipped with 10 infrared quartz ramps with individual adjustment for each pin: 1 or 2 resistors in function to better control the cooking. Control lights.
