This gas griddle griddle from the 700 Range by Tecnoinox is made entirely of stainless steel, it is equipped with steel plates (thickness 15 mm) with high thermal conductivity and slightly inclined so as to collect juices, fats and seasonings in an extractable container. The plates are embedded in the stamped plane forming an anti-overflow bowl with rounded corners. Heating by tubular steel burners located under the plate. Gate valve with safety thermocouple and piezo ignition. Natural gas operation (delivered with spare Butane/Propane injectors) Available in smooth version for perfectly even cooking over the entire food surface, or grooved to obtain the characteristic appearance of grilled meat, or 2/3 smooth 1/ 3 grooved ( smooth for cooking and grooved for finishing) Exists in chrome version ref. FTC8G7 (minimizes heat radiation, ideal especially for delicate cooking, such as fish) Comes standard with a scraper
