The Mirror G Series Gas
Griddles are thermostatically controlled medium to heavy duty chrome
griddles ideal for fast food operators, mobile trailers and front of
house cooking. The hard chromed plate finish is non porous so prevents
cross flavor, reduces heat radiation and reduces fuel costs, has even
heat distribution and is easy to clean down after service.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Fully Hard Chromed Mirror finish cooking surface - has a thickness of 18mm
• G2 is supplied with 1 thermostat.
• Each burner is has a power of 7.3kw and has piezo ignition.
• Supplied with side and rear splash guards as standard.
• All models are supplied with 1 grease drawer.
• Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean.
• Supplied in Natural Gas as standard with an LPG option also available.
