The 12 mm thick steel snack plate allows you to instantly sear the meat while retaining its softness. Its great thickness prevents a drop in temperature thanks to its strong accumulation of heat, distributed evenly, allowing energy savings. The steel plate is completely removable for easy cleaning and access to the burner. Its useful surface is 300 x 400 mm, allowing 6 to 9 pieces to be cooked simultaneously for an hourly output of 30 to 60 pieces per hour. Its total dimensions are 330 x 450 x 200 mm (length x depth x height).
