The RRAT153 - 16 GN 2/1 or 32 GN 1/1 GN Moduline brand RRT153 - 16-level and 2-level heat-up trolleys allow food and food to be warmed and kept warm. This temperature controltrolley  controls the ventilation, temperature and humidity in an optimal and adjustable way depending on the product, throughout the cooking chamber thanks to a convection heating system with automatic reversing fans and shielded resistors, for a final result above each expectation.

The warming and warming trolley has been built with a closed sealed chamber with rounded corners, rubber buffer edges, total insulation with rock wool or glass, the seals are made of food material, very heat-resistant, easy to clean and extremely strong. Two doors to minimize the lowering of the opening temperature, the rack support is extractable for easy cleaning, central draining of the chamber to facilitate washing and cleaning, ventilated heating obtained with resistors shielded, door handle with snap closure, ergonomic movement handle, four castors 150 mm in diameter, 2 with brake, wiring and components positioned to facilitate any type of maintenance.
