A special attraction for your restaurant, cocktail bar and banquet hall. Cool and frost cocktail glasses or any glass or ceramic container in seconds without having to water down your drinks. You will be able to cool glasses and ice at -45°C instantly, saving yourself space and energy by not having to keep your glassware in cold storage. Fully portable. Installation is fast and easy. Installation is fast and easy. No tools or large spaces for storage required. 1. Place the braided steel with the sealing joint tube from the cooler around the neck of the CO2 bottle. The bottle must be kept upright at all time to avoid leakage problems. 2. Screw the regulator nut at the end of the thread coming from the cooler to the thread located on the CO2 bottle until it is completely screwed. 3. When opening the tap on the CO2 bottle, allow the gas to move down the tube before adjusting the pressure necessary for proper cooling. 4. The machine is now ready to frost (and cool) glasses. Always perform a test run to make sure the machine is working properly. 5. If the machine does not work properly, make sure the tap on the bottle is open and go over steps 1-4 again to assure that all the steps were done correctly. 6. Disconnecting the machine from the gas cylinder. Close the bottle's regulating tap. Purge the gas left in the machine by pressing the button and letting it out completely until there is no more pressure left. Now you can safely unscrew the nozzle. 7. If the machine produces dry ice on the glass, leave more space between the glass and the machine.
