The Gaser S-1500-P Meatball Croquette Former can produce up to 7,500 meatballs or Croquettes per hour. Made entirely from stainless steel, it can accommodate meatballs or croquettes up to 35 grams. A versatile machine, it does not require electrical power and is remarkably straightforward to clean. Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter of output 30mm). This is the basic machine which can then be connected up with other device to make croquettes or cannelloni.
Produces up to 7,500 meatballs or croquettes per hour (depending on filler speed and type of mixture). Changing the shaper varies the weight (20, 25 or 30 grams), this can range from a maximum of 35 grams to a minimum of 7 grams to order.
Very easy to clean.
