This crepe maker is equipped with 2 high quality microfibre cast iron plates FG 200 , each 400 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick . The thick and solid cast iron saves energy due to the concentration of heat. Its thickness also allows a homogeneous cooking of the crepe. It also has a cleaning drawer that allows easy cleaning and avoids heat loss, 2 safeties, 2 night lights, 2 idle valves and 2 star-shaped burners with baffle for easy ignition and a perfect heat distribution on the 2 plates. 2 independent heating zones.
Its construction is all stainless steel AISI 430 with a square frame all around cast iron cooking plates, which facilitates the cleaning of the pancake machine.
