FWE's HLC-2127 commercial food warmer series provides a soft, radiant, uniform heat that gently surrounds food to provide better appearance, taste and longer holding life. These high volume holding cabinets are fully insulated, constructed of long-lasting, easy to clean and maintain stainless steel, and a cool to touch exterior, which ensures safety while food product stays hot. This design achieves unmatched results with faster heat up times and more consistent temperatures than any competitive models. The HLC212799 consists of two individually temperature controlled compartments for the ultimate in foodservice flexibility. Controls are up-front and easy to read and set. No guesswork is needed. Simply dial in the temperature selection for each cavity from 90 - 190F and walk away!
