Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.

Handles
Push Pull Handles - Push/pull handles allow for easy maneuvering. Handles are secured to the unit with reinforced backing plate. Ergonomically designed to be easy on the hands.
Heat System
Radiant Heat System - FWE's natural convection heat system allows a soft heat to radiate throughout the compartment. Heat rises naturally and circulates from bottom to top without blowers. Radiant heat is best suited for short term heated holding.
Slides and Shelves
Fixed Shelves - Shelves are positioned into railings welded to body . Heavy-duty "no sag" shelves are removable to facilitate thorough cleaning.
