This Professional electric fryer on cabinet FURNOTEL ACFS225L is built entirely in brushed stainless steel with perfectly rounded edges and it has a welded tank. It is equipped with adjustable heating elements that can be adapted to the cooking method: maximum power for rapidly increasing the temperature and cooking frozen food, medium power for cooking fresh food and minimum power for maintaining oil temperature. This professional electric fryer on Furnotel ACFS225L chest is equipped with a cold zone , a control light, a safety thermostat, a drain pan, it works with 400 V three-phase and it is equipped with easy hanging of the basket.
