This GN 1/1 blast chiller and freezer with ventilated refrigeration with AISI 304 18/10 all stainless steel construction and rounded internal corners has 3 levels and has a coolingcapacity of 12 kg and a freezing capacity of 8kg. It is fitted as standard with a core probe, automatic defrosting, a door fitted with a heating cord, an ergonomic full-height handle, a tropicalised +38°C unit and a with air condensation, 70 mm insulation with 70 mm spacing between grids, electronic thermostat, digital display, 4 programmable cycles, end of cycle audible alarm, height-adjustable stainless steel feet and an automatic switch to storage mode. 230 V power supply
