  • This high-capacity roasting oven (30 chickens) has been designed for simple and quick use, especially for cooking:

    • large spindles for a capacity of 6 chickens per spit, easy to use without forks or spacers for direct skewing of poultry parts. 
    • Individual adjustment of each heating zone for a perfect autonomy depending on the quantity of poultry to be roasted.

    Gas model equipped with 5 double burners with infrared ceramic boom with safety thermocouple, an on / off switch for each motor, a mini / maxi adjustment knob per ramp, 5 pins of 1115 mm with handle (useful length = 1083 mm).

    380 volts


    Delivered in propane butane with GN injector pouch.


    Equipment: Halogen lighting in the upper part (300W), security glass doors, dish collects juice. Ventilated motors.

    Options: mobile support table with brake system, ref. TS5.
