This professional gas fryer from the Tecnoinox 600 range is made entirely of stainless steel with the stamped top forming an anti-overflow bowl. It is equipped with a stamped tank with rounded corners and a cold zone , a drain tap on the front with an anti-opening safety device. Temperature adjustment from 90°C to 185°C. Piezo ignition.
