This GN 1/1 blast chiller and freezer with ventilated refrigeration with AISI 304 18/10 all stainless steel construction and rounded internal corners has 3 levels and has a cooling capacity of 12 kg and a freezing capacity of 8 kg. It is fitted as standard with a core probe, automatic defrosting, a door fitted with a heating cord, an ergonomic handle over the entire height, a tropicalized unit +38°C and a unit with air condensation, 70 mm insulation with a spacing between grids of 70 mm, an electronic thermostat, a digital display, 4 programmable cycles, an audible alarm at the end of the cycle, height-adjustable stainless steel feet and an automatic switch to conservation mode. 230 V power supply.
