This XT SIMPLY  reheating and holding oven features an 18/10 stainless steel interior and exterior constructionand achamber with rounded internal corners for easy cleaning; it is equipped withvery simple mechanical controls ., an end-of-cycle audible signal , a 67 mm spacing between levels and operating indicator lights .

RRCA Series (ref. RRCA105E): Regeneration 120°C - Regeneration 160°C (fried products) - Adjustable temperature from 40°C to 160°C - Graduated timer from 10 to 120 minutes + 1 "infinity" position.

RRUA Series (ref. RRUA105E): Humidifier and keep-warm function: 5 cycles available: Regeneration 120°C - Regeneration 160°C (fried products). Keep-warm function only - Regeneration 120°C + keep-warm function - Regeneration 160°C + keep-warm function. Humidifier: Adjustable steam output during the regeneration or keep-warm cycle. Time selection: graduated timer from 10 to 120 minutes + 1 "infinite" setting.
