This gas fryer is specially designed for catering professionals and is suitable for cooking fresh or frozen french fries, donuts, breaded fish, etc.
The gas fryer FG12 is equipped with an easy ignition by Piezo (simultaneous pressure of the buttons of ignition and adjustment) with control of the lighting of the night light, of a pressed tank of 10 liters , of 2 very powerful burners placed under the tank, 2 ignition buttons and flame adjustment, a stainless steel lid and a basket holder.
The emptying is done safely, thanks to its tank pressed bottom inclined. This allows there to be no oil residue. The rear splashguard allows direct evacuation of gases.
Possibility of putting this fryer on the support SPFG12.
