The Frucosol MC-1000 is our mid range decarboniser which is ideal for medium sized restaurants and hotels. These machines offer the most efficient cleaning solution for pots, trays, racks, grills, filters and many other kitchen tools along with maximum hygiene.
The MC-1000 will save you time and money as it will save a member of your staff scrubbing them by hand. Once the machine’s water has been brought up to a temperature of 70° C just put in the detergent and start placing the dirty items inside and close the lid.
You will also save more money each month as the MC-1000 will only require the water and detergent to be changed every 4 weeks.
