The Frucosol MC-500 is our most compact decarboniser which is ideal for small restaurants and hotels that are lacking space. These machines offer the most efficient cleaning solution for pots, trays, racks, grills, filters and many other kitchen tools along with maximum hygiene.
The MC-500 will save you time and money as it will save a member of your staff scrubbing them by hand. Once the machine’s water has been brought up to a temperature of 70° C just put in the detergent and start placing the dirty items inside and close the lid.
You will also save more money each month as the MC-500 will only require the water and detergent to be changed every 4 weeks.
