• Universal vegetable cutter UGS: With double safety circuit, for cutting, slicing, grating, dicing and straining, consisting of cutter housing and cutting attachment with switched pressure flap and cutting tube Ø 60 mm, completely made of stainless steel, incl. tamper Ø 58 mm
• Straining and grating attachment: Use only in conjunction with the UGS universal vegetable cutter for straining and grating, with double safety circuit
• Gourmet attachment: Lid for gourmet attachment only in connection with the universal vegetable cutter, especially for cutting small cubes (Brunoises) or crossed colored cuts (Gaufrettes waffle cut).However, it can also be the cpl. range of discs can be used for all other types of cuts.
