The R2200/180 Burger Former is capable of forming products from small product volumes to larger volume production to meet your specific production needs.
The Deighton Formatic is suitable for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently press the mixture into the desired shape, the wire drum scraper assists the product to be ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it to the user safely.
Product Description:
The Deighton machine is capable of completing a single form in one cycle increasing productivity to 2200 forms per hour. If the product fits 2 forms the machine can produce up to 4400 forms per hour.
In order to meet your specific production needs, inside the drum is a spiral camera, allowing you the user to adjust the thickness of the product. The Deighton R2200/180 is supplied with the standard conveyor belt but can be supplied with the extended 750mm conveyor depending on your spatial capacity and business needs.
The Deighton Burger Former can also be supplied with paper interleaving, a foot pedal, trolley and a variable speed conveyor to help increase productivity and reduce labour costs.
A standard 18 litre hopper is attached to the Deighton machine, HFM can also supply hoppers up to 200 litres alongside a variety of drums and shapes in order to meet your production requirements.
The Deighton R2200/180 is easy to clean and maintain, this helps reduce labour costs and boost productivity as the product user is not having to spend significant time cleaning and maintaining the machine.
