The Compact-PRO BASALTE mandolin is the perfect combination of :

CULTURE: Designed in stainless steel, the Compact-PRO BASALTE stands
out for its productivity and diversity of cutting thicknesses, ranging
from 0.5 to 10 mm, as well as its 95 mm cutting width. The BRON
adjustment system (camshaft) ensures optimum cutting precision. Equipped
with the new ergonomic manual protection pusher, a registered design
that guarantees safe operation.
JAPANESE CULTURE: Light weight
and easy to handle, the Compact-PRO BASALTE is equipped with a diagonal,
honeycombed blade, made in THIERS (France), which limits the adhesion
of vegetables during cutting. The exceptional quality of the blade and
combs ensures fast, precise cutting.
SOLIDITY AND ADAPTABILITY:
Its streamlined design allows easy adaptation to receptacles. Ideal for
use on GN1:1 or 1:2 containers (horizontal cuts).
Supplied with 2 blades (4 and 10mm) and ergonomic pusher. 3 optional blades available: 1, 2, 7 mm.
