The 100L Premium boiling pan is ideal for cooking, baking or poaching food. The boiling pan has a double-walled lid which increases the insulation of the boiling pan. The lid is also easy to open and close due to a hinged and balanced mechanism. This boiling pan has a direct heating system; the single-walled boiling pan has a heat source directly underneath the pan. Because the boiling pan is completely made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean the boiling pan.
