The Groen Model EE-100 100 gallon electric floor kettle is a
premium self contained stationary steam jacketed kettle. The 2/3 jacket
coverage of a the Groen EE-100 kettle provides the kitchen with a
one-pot cooking vessel for preparing soups, sauces, stews and custards.
The Groen EE-100 comes to temperature quickly, heats evenly and gently,
and distributes the heat over the largest surface area so that the food
does not burn or scorch saving on labor watching the product, and any
food costs associated with burned food. Each kettle is pre-charged at
the factory with chemically pure water and rust inhibitors to ensure a
long life of the unit.
