The Groen DH-80 80 gallon tilting kettle is a floor mounted
self-contained gas powered stainless 2/3 steam jacketed kettle. Each
DH-80 kettle is pre charged with pure water and rust inhibitors to allow
for minimum maintenance and long life. Groen's floor kettles have the
power for rapid browning of ingredients and reduction of bases, have the
speed to boil faster than traditional stove top cooking, and the
sensitivity to provide gentle, uniform heating making it ideal for heat
sensitive product. The Groen DH-80 is also ideally suited for
reheating, finishing, holding and serving hot straight from the kettle.
