The Gaser R2000 Automatic Burger Former produces up to 75 hamburgers per minute. Made from stainless steel, it can accommodate burgers that weigh up to 130 grams. A versatile machine that produces 108mm round hamburgers or 122 x 90mm oval hamburgers.Gaser machinery is designed for strength and durability.
Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter of output 30mm).
Lays cellophane on both sides automatically and cuts it to the same shape as the hamburger or straight (as ordered).
Produces from 50 to 75 hamburgers per minute, depending on the speed of the filler and the type of mixture.
Hamburgers may be round 108 mm or oval 122 x 90mm (as ordered).
Hamburger weight from 70 to 130 grammes (thickness can be adjusted using a screw).
Uses rolls of cellophane (can be personalised).
Pneumatic operation at 6kg / cm2.
Air consumption 100 litres per minute.

Easy to clean.
