- All-in-One Cycle: You place the dry flour or semolina into the hopper, pour the liquid ingredients over it, close the micro-switch safety lid, and let the steel basin paddle mix the dough before manually triggering the extrusion mode
- Extrusion Versatility: The machine supports a variety of 50mm diameter bronze moulds (sold separately or as add-ons) to form spaghetti, rigatoni, fusilli, tagliatelle, or flat lasagna sheets.
