Esmach's removable bowl fork mixer has been designed for large scale production and is available in two size formats.
The easy to remove bowl is mounted on rollers for quick and easy manoeuvrability and enables remote filling and emptying via a tipping elevator.
Featuring two speed settings to firstly blend the ingredients before gently cutting, stretching and aerating the dough.
Manufactured in hygienic stainless, Esmach's FBL Removable Bowl Fork Mixers are fitted with a rotating safety grid.

The mixers SPI 250-300 A having as standard the bowl speed variation
device, thanks to this system the operator is in condition to
choose, according to his needs, the correct ratio between bowl and
spiral arm rotation speed in relation to the different kneadings so to
optimize the mixing quality. The bowl speeds can be differently set
up, memorized and recalled back for each of the 99 recipes programmed
with the electronic advanced control panel as standard.
