This smooth griddle plate is ideal for quickly searing meats , bacon, fish, burgers, sausages, onions but also for cooking fried eggs or omelettes.
It is possible to choose 2 models of hob, the enamelled steel version or the chromed steel version . The enamelled plate has good resistance to friction and allows easy cleaning. The chrome plate has very good temperature transfer qualities and can only be used with wooden or silicone spatulas.
The hob, whether enamelled or chrome-plated, has a thickness of 10 mm . This thickness allows it to easily accumulate heat and thus to have a strong energy saving . Homogeneous heat distribution over the entire plate.
With a stainless steel construction, 3 burners with star branches, 3 regulation buttons with idle position, piezo ignition button, safety thermocouples and adjustable feet, this gas snack plate is ideal for catering professionals fast.
