This professional egg cooker is essential for breakfast buffets in hotels, lodges, communities, etc ... It allows anyone to prepare the egg of his breakfast safely and easily. This device for cooking eggs has a capacity of 8 baskets that can each accommodate 2 eggs (16 pieces). It has different colored tips on each basket so that the customer can easily locate his egg.
The egg cooker works like a bain-marie. Just put water in the tank, the resistance that is in direct contact with the water allows a perfect and rapid diffusion of heat . Then adjust the heat with the thermostat and insert the egg into the tank using the stainless steel basket.
