The Edlund WSC-20OP Poseidon 20 lb.digital portion control scale is totally submersible, making for easy cleaning and preventing this scale from being damaged by liquid spills. Its oversized platform (7" x 8 3/4") allows for accurate weight readings on larger sized food items and portions. This durable 20 lb. portion scale has an all stainless steel body as well as a dual housing design to protect from water damage and accidental shock if dropped. Six capacity displays allow for the most accurate readings available in the industry.
The portion scale's easy-to-use self-calibration feature requires simply setting the scale to calibration mode, flipping it over, and the indicator light illuminates when it's calibrated. The Edlund WSC-20OP Poseidon digital portion control scale's oversized 7" x 8 3/4" one-piece weighing platform utilizes splash guard washers for excellent corrosion protection.
The Edlund Poseidon WSC-20OP digital portion control scale is easily programmable, so users can customize the scale's many features to their specific needs. The scale comes with an AC adapter, but can also run on 4 "AA" batteries (sold separately).
