The Edlund E-160 FF digital portion scale features a 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform with a French fry stand. The French fry stand easily accommodates any size paper French fry scoop or bag, letting you monitor portion sizes and reduce waste in your concession stand, sandwich shop, or take out restaurant. It can even hold a taco, which helps you control and maintain consistent topping usage.
A durable, high-impact resistant casing stands up to the daily demands of your foodservice operation . The Edlund E-160 FF portion scale is portable, too! It can be powered by either a 120V AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). When operating with a battery, the unit makes use of an automatic shut-off feature to conserve energy. A large, easy-to-read LCD readout helps reduce portioning errors that can cost you in the long run. It utilizes an automatic push button tare, as well as an ounce / gram mode selection switch.
Now Increased capacity! The E-160 scale has double the capacity (10 lb. X 0.1 oz.) of our old E-80.
