Continue producing fresh and delicious ingredients for your most popular dishes with the Edlund AS035 replacement 1/4" blade assembly! This blade assembly quickly swaps out with the one that came with your FDW-014 or FDWW-014 Titan Max-Cut unit, and you can easily install it without the use of tools. When used with the 1/4" pusher assembly (sold separately), it will produce 1/4" diced ingredients or French fries on the other FDW models.
