The Edlund 401-230V electric knife sharpener with guidance system is designed to give you professional, factory-sharp results right in your kitchen. It features a precision guidance system to help maintain a perfect edge from tip to heel whether you are sharpening a cleaver blade or a 3/16" knife. It can even sharpen scalloped edge bread knives! The ABS plastic knife guide allows the heel to be inserted close to the grinding stone for a uniformly sharp blade, and the guides can be easily cleaned to maintain maximum sanitation when using the sharpener. Plus, the grinding wheel assembly is replaceable for continued peak performance.
The Edlund 401-230V features a pressure sensitive motor that shuts down if excess force is applied to prevent unnecessary wear on blades. It requires a 230V electrical connection.
