This electric slicer comes with two 3/16" blade assemblies so you can clean one while using the other, improving the versatility of your kitchen without the risk of flavor contamination. Its stainless steel and aluminum construction gives it long-lasting durability, and a wash guard helps keep your kitchen sanitary when in use.
For safety during cleaning, guard locks over the blade cartridge keep the blades closed in the dishwasher and a factory set torque wrench is included so you can't over tighten blades.
