- The Martellato Digital Meltinchoc is an electrical appliance whose function is to melt solid chocolate and keep it melted or fluid; designed for professional use in confectionery stores, ice cream shops and bakeries, the appliance allows you to program how to melt chocolate and measure its temperature with the Meltinchoc’s probe inserted in the melted chocolate; the unit consists of a body made of molded plastic, in which the stainless steel chocolate basin/container/tank/pan is inserted
