This food well requires no electricity to keep your most famous chilled creations at a safe temperature until customers empty the pan and are ready for more. It also features a curved design to fit in semi-circle countertops.
This ice-cooled cold food well can hold five full size 12" x 20" food pans at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. The sectioned, perforated false bottom allows ice to melt evenly into the bottom section, where a 1" plastic drain lets you empty the water at your convenience.
This stainless steel drop-in ice-cooled food well is insulated with high-density foam that guarantees superior temperature retention, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop.
