Dadaux - Setna Double-Cut Refrigerated Meat Grinder 1.5 HP - SETNA-NPThe quality, hygiene and finish of our product range have made it the market standard. This tabletop unit is made of 18/10 stainless steel (housing, body, blade etc). There are no visible screws or sheet metal seams and all corners are rounded. This unit is very easy to clean and features a brushed finish. Entirely refrigerated: body, storage, glass case. Unit has a safety feature where it cannot be operated when the window is open. Digital display and electronic thermostat. Refrigeration by hermetic compressor and static cold (exchangers are in direct contact with the parts which have to be refrigerated in order to avoid cold losses.
