Rethermalize and hold school lunches and prepackaged meals in the most efficient manner by using this Cres Cor RR-1332-DE roll-in retherm Heat-N-Hold oven with a transport rack! Capable of bringing prepackaged meals from 40 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in two hours or less, this rethermalizer oven features 8200W of power and an adjustable temperature range with a range of 140-350 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses a low volume convected air system and is designed to operate at lower temperatures so that your food maintains as much of its nutritional value, robust flavors, and succulent moisture as possible.

With the easy-to-read and easy-to-use LED digital controls, it is simple to learn to use this oven. You can also set the controls to the automatic options for rethermalizing and holding cycles so that the oven does not need to be monitored as closely. This lets your staff load the oven and then go perform other tasks while the food reheats. 

For simple installation and inexpensive startup, this model is non-venting but is still permitted by many local codes. This oven has a durable, all welded stainless steel construction throughout the unit for durability and ease of cleaning, along with 10 1/8" high adjustable legs for leveling the oven. The legs allow your staff to clean under the oven and also provide clearance for the compatible roll in rack. 

The door is field reversible and fully-insulated, plus it comes with a silicone door gasket that provides a proper seal to prevent unwanted heat loss. The door latch and hinges are mounted inboard so that they are out of the way as your staff moves around the kitchen.

This oven comes with a rolling rack with 16 sets of angles that can hold up to (32) 16" x 23" school baskets. The 5" diameter swivel casters allow you to use the rack to move up to 150 lb. of food at one time around your storage, prep, and cooking areas.
