The innovative Cres Cor HC2-UA-11 Fire-N-Ice Cube insulated 3/4 height indoor / outdoor hot or cold holding cabinet keeps your items at food safe temperatures even when you need to keep them near outdoor serving areas! Truly cordless in design, this hot or cold holding cabinet doesn't need an electrical outlet or a generator in order to operate. Whether you need to transport and store food for outdoor catered events, or your venue has outdoor serving areas where electrical connections aren't available, this holding cabinet is the perfect choice.
Perfect for camps, resorts, event venues, and catering services, this fully-insulated cabinet maintains the desired temperatures through the use of chafing fuel canisters or dry ice (each sold separately). When you want to keep hot food hot, simply place your choice of canned fuel in the fuel drawers for 2+ hours of continuous heat. If you need to hold food longer, you can simply change out the fuel canisters! This cabinet can also hold cold food at refrigerated temperatures for up to 12 hours when you use dry ice. So that you can keep track of the interior temperature of your holding cabinet, this model comes with an easy-to-read solar-powered digital thermostat.
11 sets of locking pan slides can hold a variety of pan types including sheet pans and full size steam table pans. At maximum capacity, this cabinet can hold up to (11) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (22) 12" x 20" hotel pans. The slides are spaced at 3" intervals, and adjust in 1 1/2" increments. It comes with four heavy-duty 8" pneumatic casters to provide excellent mobility over rough outdoor surfaces. The front casters swivel and have brakes. The rear casters are fixed.
