granita / slushy / frozen beverage machine with a mechanical control and
a light panel! Designed to be the most advanced professional granita
machine on the market, this model combines high performance, an
ultramodern design, and a user-friendly experience into one unit.
This model comes with (2) 2.9 gallon insulated bowls that are
transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your restaurant, coffee
shop, bar, amusement park, convenience store, or kiosk. A light panel
also helps with merchandising your delicious frozen beverage products.
Each bowl is insulated to keep the product cold and increase the cooling
power of the unit. This helps to save money and energy, and also
reduces external condensation for a safe, sanitary, appealing
presentation.
To control cooling, this unit has a mechanical
control board. Plus, it has a manual defrost mode for easy maintenance
and an adjustable product consistency control to let you pick the
consistency that is right for the product you want to sell. This unit is
also certified as safe for milk products so you can easily dispense
milkshakes or creamy frozen coffee drinks! Keep in mind that the sugar
content of your frozen beverage product must remain near 14% as a lower
concentration can damage the mixing parts and gear motors.
For
safety, this frozen beverage dispenser has a lockable lid to prevent
tampering. Also, a lid safety mechanism is activated whenever the cover
is lifted. When activated, the safety mechanism stops all the moving
parts automatically and immediately so that there is no potential for
injuries.
