This 120cm wide countertop display fridge is an asset in any professional catering kitchen. You can choose from two options: either four 1/3 GN containers, side by side, or three 1/3 GN containers and a 1/2 GN container. This way you can chose which layout is best suited to your kitchen, such as for topping tasty pizzas or preparing sandwiches. The GN containers and matching lids are not included as standard, but can be ordered separately.
Cooling at the right temperature
When working in the kitchen with fresh products, you want them to have a shelf life as long as possible so the right cooling is indispensable. Set the precise temperature yourself with the digital temperature controller, which ranges from 0° and 10°C. This way you can be sure that food and foodstuffs are cooled to the right temperature. This countertop display case is also safe to use in warm kitchens, up to 32°C. It is statically cooled, which means that the pipes in the walls of the refrigeration are provided with R600a refrigerant, just like the refrigerator at home. It is free from CFC. The unique cooling cycle and the built-in constant evaporator ensure that ice build-up is reduced.
Easy cleaning
Cleaning is an easy job thanks to the stainless steel exterior of this countertop prep fridge. All you need is a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. The glass is easy to keep clean with warm, soapy water. The refrigerated display case has adjustable feet at the bottom which allows for sturdy placement on all surfaces.
