The VMAX Chip Scuttle is perfectly compliments the Valentine EVO fryers. It is designed to keep food hot prior to service. With a pressed single piece stainless steel pan, the VMAX Chip Scuttle has a smooth, rounded, easy to clean profile. The VMAX Chip Scuttle utilises 2 heat sources for ultimate efficiency. The pan is heated from below and there is also has a quartz heat lamp fitted into the gantry to prevent excessive cooling from above. It is a table top model but can be specified with a stand and storage cupboard if needed.
