1- Chichis / churros dispenser:
The chichos or churros dispenser is simply a press that allows you to create churros. Doser specially designed for SOFRACA fryers. The CHICHIM is robust and compact, it was built inchromed steel with a tank and piston in food- grade stainless steel .
This professional fancy dispenser is delivered with 2 tips: 1 in the shape of a 6-branch star and the second in a 8-branch star.

2- Professional gas fryer of 6 L:
The 6 liter fairground fryer is a professional gas fryer (Butane / Propane) specially designed for chichis or churros. It is ideal for Food Trucks, outdoor use, in markets, etc. This professional gas table fryer has been developed with an optimization of the power / volume ratio of oil for always maximum performance .
The gas fairground fryer was built for catering professionals, with an all-brushed AISI 430 stainless steel body, piezo ignition (simultaneous pressing of the ignition and adjustment buttons) , a high-flow drain valve for more fast and better use, thermocouple and pilot light for absolute safety.
Its square design and compact appearance make it a space-saving fryer ideal for small spaces.
