The Perfect Fry PFA7201 Fully Automatic Ventless Fryer is an innovative
solution for anybody that would like to produce authentic, high quality,
fried food without the need for any overhead extraction. The Perfect
Fry uses carbon filter technology to remove fumes and grease vapours,
making it almost odourless when in use. A built in fire suppression
system ensures safe operation and due to the simplicity of the unit,
semi-skilled staff can use it with minimal training. The Perfect Fry
will leave food perfectly cooked and crisp, simply set the timer, drop
the food into the hopper and then let the machine do the work. You can
dual load items that have different cook times in the unit, for example
cooking fries and chicken nuggets at the same time adding further
versatility and streamlining cooking tasks. The Perfect Fry PFA7201 has a
small footprint and can be easily sited on a countertop or back bar
area.
